Industrial effluents—rich in organic and inorganic pollutants, suspended solids, heavy metals, oils, and chemical residues—present serious challenges to the environment, regulatory compliance, and public health. Our Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) are engineered to take raw wastewater streams and transform them into safe, legally dischargeable water, or in some cases, reusable process water. We design, build, and commission ETPs across sectors like textiles, chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, paper, and more—tailored exactly to your waste profile.
At the core of our ETP solutions is a multi-stage treatment philosophy. We begin with preliminary screening and grit removal, then proceed to primary settling and equalization to smooth flow and reduce shock loads. The secondary stage uses biological treatment methods—activated sludge, moving bed biofilm reactors, or sequencing batch reactors—depending on organic load, toxicity, and footprint constraints. Finally, tertiary polishing (such as media filters, UF/RO, or disinfection) ensures compliance with stringent discharge standards or allows for water reuse.
