We collect your used membranes, perform diagnostic assessments to determine fouling type (organic, inorganic, biological, scaling, etc.), then use custom cleaning processes—acid, alkaline, biocides, detergents, or a combination—under controlled conditions. Our offsite facility is fully equipped with trained technicians and specialized equipment to handle large membrane modules.

After cleaning, we test the membranes for permeability, salt rejection (if relevant), pressure drop, etc., to ensure they meet or approach original performance parameters. If replacement is more cost-effective, we help you make that decision based on data rather than guesswork.

Offsite cleaning reduces the need for frequent onsite shutdowns, allows concentrated cleaning (better chemical contact, temperature control), and often yields deeper clean than what’s possible in situ. We handle all logistics, safety, and quality control.
